Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and send it to monkeyame@gmail.com. After we receive and process your pre-order, an invoice will be sent to your paypal account **please note that pre-orders will be canceled if not paid for within 5 days after the invoice is sent.
We can only take paypal (credit card/non-credit card) at this time. No money orders, postal money orders, checks, etc. will be accepted. Books will be mailed out every Monday. We will e-mail you to let you know it’s been sent out~
